About The Position

Sterling Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is hiring a CNA/HHA to support residents in its 57-unit community in Princeton, which provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The role provides direct personal care to residents of all genders, recognizes individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity. Care includes assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s plan of care, engaging residents in meaningful conversations, and assisting with medication administration.

Available shifts include full-time or part-time evening shifts from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and part-time overnight shifts from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Every other weekend is included. HHA wages are $17–$22 per hour, and CNA wages are $19–$24 per hour. Shift differentials are $1.00 for evening shifts and $2.00 for overnight shifts. The posting also advertises a retention bonus of $1,500 for full-time employees and $750 for part-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
