About The Position

Silver Lining Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for live-in positions to provide in-home care in the Georgetown to Rehoboth Beach and surrounding areas. Since 2013, we have been a trusted part of Delaware families' lives, offering one-on-one personal care and companionship. We cater to diverse client needs, from hospital transitions to daily companionship. Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program
• Open availability, including weekends
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting
• Able to lift, position, transfer, and operate a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Operate a Hoyer lift
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow infection control procedures
• Protect client privacy and confidential information
