About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to provide overnight care and support for an individual in their home. Join our team at Interim HealthCare in Muncy, PA, For a Bloomsburg client. As a CNA or HHA, you will provide essential personal care and assist with daily living activities, helping clients maintain their dignity and quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to provide care under the supervision of a nursing plan and facility guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA or HHA certification
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation within the Williamsport area
Nice To Haves
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, skin care, and oral hygiene
- Help patients with toileting, elimination, and maintaining comfort
- Ensure a safe, clean environment by utilizing infection control measures like handwashing and PPE use
- Observe and report patient condition and vital signs to the supervisor
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises
