About The Position

Overnight Caregiver / Home Health Aide for Elderly Female Client – Creston, Iowa. Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide overnight care for an elderly female client in Creston, Iowa. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Meets state requirements for direct patient care providers
• Successful completion of required competency evaluations

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Overnight supervision and safety monitoring
• Meal and snack preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Dementia and memory care support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Engaging the client in meaningful activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and games
• Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the care team
