About The Position

Provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, compassionate service that meets the individual needs of each client. Work closely with the client and their family to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
6 months experience working in an adult day, healthcare or home care environment that serves senior adults.
Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License, in standing.
Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license in good standing.
Must possess current vehicle registration and proof of insurance coverage and reliable automobile.
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, while encouraging their independence.
Plan and prepare healthy, nutritious meals tailored to the client's preferences and dietary needs. Assist with feeding if necessary.
Light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.
Provide meaningful social interaction, engaging conversation, and emotional support to improve the client’s overall quality of life.
Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, alerting the supervisor or healthcare professionals as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of services provided, including dates and times, ensuring clear communication with the healthcare team.
Under the guidance of a physician or healthcare professional, assist with more specialized tasks as outlined by the Colorado Nurse Aide Practice Act.
Assist with a range of tasks as needed, ensuring the well-being and comfort of the client.
