About The Position

This role is for a survey professional who enjoys leading a field crew, solving problems in real-time, and taking ownership of construction staking projects from start to finish. The position offers a direct line to leadership, a variety of projects, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company. The Party Chief will be responsible for directing and developing their field crew, keeping projects on track regarding schedule, budget, and quality, serving as the primary field contact for clients and internal teams, solving problems proactively, and delivering accurate field data and documentation. This role also involves mentoring Instrument Operators and contributing to the development of future talent.

Requirements

• LSI, PLS, or ~4+ years of solid field experience
• Strong survey math and technical skills
• Experience with Trimble, Civil 3D, or similar tools
• Leadership mindset—you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative
• Clear communicator who can handle clients and crews alike
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
