About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate needs for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to care for clients in their homes. This role offers the opportunity to work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. We are seeking CNAs for a quadriplegic client, with knowledge of bowel programs. The hours consist of overnights, 9 PM - 8 AM, with two nights guaranteed on Wednesday and Thursday, and other shifts possible. BAYADA invests in its employees by offering paid training to become a Home Health Aide and provides a positive work environment with the necessary tools for success. Requirements

• Minimum one year work experience
• Current CNA - Certified Nurse Aide license listed in good standing with the board
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping

• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
