About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/DSPs/HHAs/PCAs to join our team in the Lutz area. This role involves providing care during the night shift, specifically on an every-other-weekend schedule. We offer a supportive, low-stress environment with a favorable caregiver-to-consumer ratio, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care.
- Experience with medium to high-acuity clients.
- Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- Access and understand information from the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse website.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with intellectual disabilities or mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide care during the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) every other weekend.
- Offer compassionate care to clients.
- Maintain a 1:6 caregiver-to-consumer ratio.
- Communicate effectively and document care provided.
- Adhere to background screening requirements, including ACHA as required by House Bill 531 (2025).
