Requirements

  • Active CNA/CMA certification for NE
  • Reliable, kind, and calm under pressure with strong communication skills
  • Team player with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift/assist per safe patient handling standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate hands-on care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe transfers
  • Take and record vital signs, monitor intake/output, and report changes promptly
  • Support mobility: ambulation, ROM exercises, repositioning, and fall prevention
  • Assist with meals: set-up, feeding assistance, and documenting nutrition/hydration
  • Maintain a clean, safe, dignified environment for each resident/patient
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and your care team
  • Accurately chart care in POC and follow care plans and infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with RNs/LPNs and participate in shift handoffs
