About The Position

Touchmark at All Saints is seeking talented Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join their team. This role is crucial in enriching the daily lives of residents through five-star hospitality and services. The position involves providing personal caregiver assistance and emotional support, utilizing the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care. Requirements

Commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion).
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state
Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
Commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities

Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
