About The Position
This position is for a CNA/CHHA in Memory Care, Full Time. The role involves using compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. It also includes engaging and assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), observing changes in residents' day and personal care needs, and collaborating with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love working with people.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- A current state-required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan with the Nurse.
