About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Sumter & Kershaw is looking to hire capable, full-time OR part-time Certified Nursing Assistants / CNAs to provide companionship and perform caregiving duties in the greater Kershaw County area. Requirements

Active/Valid CNA Certification
Reliable Transportation
Pass Pre-Hire Screenings
Authorized to work in USA
High school diploma or equivalent
Punctual and dependable
Respectful and kind

Nice To Haves

2+ years of CNA or home care experience
Driving Record & Proof of Insurance (if considered for errands/transportation clients)
Time spent caring for a loved one counts as experience.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and perform caregiving duties.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Prepare meals.
Grocery shopping.
Assist with feeding and bathing.
Maintain proper personal hygiene for clients.
Keep a log of duties performed during the shift.
Submit accurate documentation.
Check in with the office often, providing timely updates regarding the needs of clients.
