About The Position

Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Collegeville is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment. Training is provided. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on experience and CNA certification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate and reliable.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in activities and conversation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document care provided.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams.
