CNA / Caregiver Weekend Shift – Assisted Living
About The Position
Allegro Living, the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. Spring Arbor of Williamsburg is hiring compassionate Weekend Warrior CNAs, PCAs, Caregivers, and Resident Assistants to support assisted living residents. This role is ideal for individuals seeking extra income, balancing school, or preferring weekend-only scheduling, offering a stable team environment that values its staff. The position is more than just employment; it's an opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference each shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Must be dependable and able to consistently work scheduled weekends
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CNA, PCA, NA, or caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Provide compassionate care and companionship
- Support a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
- Maintain proper documentation and resident care records
- Work closely with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
