We’re hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA), Caregivers, and Resident Assistants to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active NJ CHHA License OR CNA Certification required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to pass background screening
Nice To Haves
- Compassion for seniors and strong teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Caregiving, assisted living, nursing home, rehab, or home care experience preferred
- Memory care or dementia experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Bathing, dressing, grooming & mobility assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and daily care support
- Documentation of resident services provided
- Communication with nursing and care teams
- Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment
