About The Position
Spring Arbor of Williamsburg is hiring compassionate Weekend Warrior CNAs, PCAs, Caregivers, and Resident Assistants to support our Assisted Living residents. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete required background screening
- Must be dependable and able to consistently work scheduled weekends
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CNA, PCA, NA, or caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Provide compassionate care and companionship
- Support a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents
- Maintain proper documentation and resident care records
- Work closely with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
