About The Position

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Williamsburg is looking for compassionate, dependable team members to join their team and make a difference in the lives of seniors. They are seeking individuals who want to provide exceptional care while being part of a supportive, team-focused community. As a CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant, you will help Assisted Living residents remain safe, comfortable, supported, and as independent as possible.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience
• Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
• Able to successfully complete required background screening

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification
• CNA or Nursing Assistant certification
• Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, Home Care, PCA, CNA or Caregiver experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Changing bed linens
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with resident daily routines
• Documenting care and services provided
• Responding to resident needs
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
• Working closely with the Resident Services team
