Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience
Compassionate, dependable and team-focused
Able to successfully complete required background screening

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification preferred
CNA or Nursing Assistant certification is a plus but may not be required depending on the position
Assisted Living, Senior Living, Memory Care, Home Care, PCA, CNA or Caregiver experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist our Assisted Living residents remain safe, comfortable, supported, and as independent as possible.
Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
Assist with mobility, transfers and positioning.
Change bed linens.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with resident daily routines.
Document care and services provided.
Respond to resident needs.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Work closely with our Resident Services team.
