About The Position
ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is looking for a reliable and compassionate CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide personalized in-home support for a client. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced caregiver who prefers working evening hours and enjoys helping seniors maintain their routines, comfort, and independence at home. You will be an important part of the client's daily routine, providing dependable assistance while creating a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
- Caregiver
- HHA – Home Health Aide
- Personal Care Assistant
- Private Duty Caregiver
- Home Care Aide
- Compassionate and patient
- Dependable and responsible
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Experienced with senior or in-home care preferred
- Able to assist with ADLs and mobility
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Professional when communicating with clients and families
- Willing to follow care plans and required care procedures

Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Supporting evening meals and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and social engagement
- Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
- Helping with the client's evening routine
- Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client's care
- Supporting fall-prevention and home-safety practices
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Following the client's individualized care plan
- Communicating appropriately with the office and care team
