Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience in Home Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, or Skilled Nursing.
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional demeanor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass background and reference checks.
Comfortable working in homes with dogs.

Nice To Haves

Skilled Nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors in their homes.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide medication reminders.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments.
Assist with grocery shopping and errands.
Offer companionship and safety supervision.
Report changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Build meaningful relationships with seniors.
