About The Position

Always Best Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to improve someone's quality of life. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors and is comfortable working in homes with dogs. We offer a supportive workplace where caregivers are valued and appreciated.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience in Home Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living, or Skilled Nursing
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors
• Comfortable working in homes with dogs
