About The Position
RIGHT ACCORD is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care to clients in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, while following care plans and reporting changes in client condition. The company emphasizes a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Willing to travel to client locations within the assigned service area
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience providing care for clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease
- Experience providing care for clients with Parkinson's disease
- Experience providing care for clients with Post-surgery recovery needs
- Experience providing care for clients with Post-stroke care needs
- Experience providing care for clients with Mobility limitations
- Experience providing care for clients with Chronic conditions
- Experience providing care for clients with Personal care and companionship needs
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Follow the client's Care Plan and document services accurately
- Report changes in the client's condition to the office promptly
