About The Position
At Asbury Grace Park, we are seeking a dedicated CMT (Certified Medication Technician) to assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and independence. This role involves administering medications safely and accurately, adhering to a strict 3-step verification process, and ensuring compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a commitment to protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Nice To Haves
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
- 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
- Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
- Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
- Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors
