About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (CMT) to join their award-winning team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care unit, Harmony Park. The role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities. CMTs deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident. Lorien Harmony Hall is a family-owned assisted living community with a long-standing tradition of compassionate care, embracing advancements in medicine and technology. Harmony Park is a dedicated Memory Care unit designed to meet the unique needs of residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Requirements

• Part-Time, PRN Hours Available
• Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights
• Active Maryland CMT license

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident
