Requirements
- Part Time Hours
- Schedule: Days, Evenings
- Everyother weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
- Certified Med Tech license preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as mobility, grooming, and personal care as needed.
- Support medication management according to certification requirements and community guidelines.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Director of Nursing or licensed staff.
- Document care provided accurately and promptly.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and care standards to ensure resident well-being.
- Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the care team to provide quality support.
