About The Position
At Asbury Chandler Estates, we are looking for a CMT (Certified Medication Technician) to join our team. This role is crucial in assisting residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained. You will be responsible for administering medications safely and accurately, adhering to a strict 3-step verification process, and ensuring compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Attention to detail
- Protocol adherence
- Availability every other weekend/holidays
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
- 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred
Responsibilities
