About The Position

The CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facilities, maintenance, and operations teams. This role ensures the accuracy of asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, reporting, and system performance. The CMMS Administrator serves as the primary system expert, providing user support, training, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to ensure accuracy of asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, reporting, and system performance.
  • Skills in providing user support, training, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
