Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience performing metrological inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience programming CMM using Calypso or PCDMS Software.
• Proficient in GD&T and Blueprint Reading.
• Competent in the use of CAD Data and 3D Models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM programs for product inspections, fixture verifications and gauge calibration.
• Knowledge of programming software and techniques.
• Understand and apply GD&T concepts and Drawing Interpretations
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of the CMMs, fixtures and probing systems.
• Create, backup and review programs for effectiveness, efficiency and revisions are current.
• Operate / Program/Train and evaluate results of the CMM or applicable gauges.
• Create and update operator instructions for fixtures and running of programs.
• Manage CMM data collection and archiving.
• Perform in-process, first off and receiving inspection as required.
