About The Position
Precision matters. So does your expertise. We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join our Quality team. If you're highly skilled in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and dimensional inspection, this is an opportunity to play a key role in new product launches, process improvement, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience
- Advanced PC-DMIS programming skills
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Experience with Vision Systems
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS
- Perform First Article Inspections
- Program and operate Vision Systems
- Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
- Support new product launches and APQP activities
- Recommend and develop gaging and fixture solutions
- Train and mentor Quality Technicians
- Partner with Engineering and customers on measurement solutions
