About The Position
AVStar Fuel Systems Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision CNC-machined components for the general aviation industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Programmer to support our quality and inspection processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Experience with metrology equipment and SPC
Nice To Haves
- ZEISS Calypso experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Program and run CMM inspections (ZEISS Calypso)
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
- Conduct GR&R, Cp, and Cpk studies
- Troubleshoot inspection issues and support quality improvements
