About The Position

We are seeking a CMM Programmer to support our quality department through the development and execution of inspection programs and first article documentation. Key responsibilities include programming and operating CMM equipment for production and first article inspection, creating and maintaining inspection programs for complex machined components, programming and supporting vision inspection systems as required, preparing bubble drawings and AS9102 first article inspection documentation, training team members on proper CMM operation and inspection techniques, supporting quality investigations and dimensional analysis activities, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure inspection requirements are met, and assisting in developing efficient inspection processes that support a world-class manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
  • Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
  • Familiarity with AS9102 first article inspection requirements
  • Experience preparing bubble drawings and inspection reports
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot inspection and measurement issues
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Keyence vision systems is a plus
  • Experience with CMM Manager software is a plus
  • Experience in aerospace, medical, or precision machining environments is a plus
