TekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace machine shop seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision inspection operations on both 1st and 2nd shift. This is a high-accuracy aerospace environment where quality compliance, tight tolerances, and technical ownership are critical. Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of CMM programming experience
- Strong proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso
- Experience supporting aerospace or similarly regulated industries
- Deep understanding of GD&T and inspection methodology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple part numbers
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and production inspection support
- Validate dimensional layouts for tight-tolerance aerospace components
- Troubleshoot inspection issues and resolve measurement discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support quality standards
