The CMM Programmer will be responsible for programming multiple CMMs to support various machining processes and products. This role involves interpreting prints developed with GD&T standards, editing legacy CMM programs, and developing probing and fixturing solutions. The programmer will also develop SPC feedback software, utilize Six Sigma tools for process troubleshooting, and mentor entry-level personnel. A key aspect of this role is to pursue new manufacturing technology and process improvement techniques to enhance the facility's manufacturing capabilities. The position also includes performing CMM inspections and using various hand gages. The role requires ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, completing compliance training, and maintaining knowledge of internal compliance policies and procedures.
