About The Position
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its Urgent Care clinic in Carroll office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited program for Medical Assistants
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologists (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA
- Possession of current State Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Possession of current State Registered Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Clinic experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients
- taking vitals and patient history
- performing point of care testing
- immunization and other injections
- assisting in a fast paced clinical setting
- cross-train to assist with maintaining reception desk activities including but not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone and assisting with online booking.
Benefits
- $2.50 per hour pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday.
