About The Position

This role is responsible for receiving liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and replenishing these items at the bar throughout the shift. The position also involves retrieving food and beverage items, setting up bar bottles, ensuring beer taps are functional, stocking bar snacks and supplies, performing opening and closing side work, bussing tables, maintaining the cleanliness of bar areas, removing rubbish, and preparing/serving beverages to assist the bartender. This is a role within Levy, a member of Compass Group USA, known for creating unforgettable experiences in food, beverage, and retail across entertainment, sports, and restaurant venues.

Requirements

Must be able to retrieve all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
Must be able to retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
Must be able to set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Must be able to ensure beer taps are working properly.
Must be able to place appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
Must be able to assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Must be able to bus tables in bar area.
Must be able to help ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
Must be able to ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Must be able to prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender.
Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Buses tables in bar area.
Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
Performs other duties as assigned.
