Under moderate supervision, oversees the clubhouse area for adherence to the community’s Rules and Regulations regarding facility use. Performs related duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Compensation: $16.90- $17.90 per hour
  • Schedule: Afternoons and Weekends. 25-29 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of monitoring the users of the clubhouse and associated facilities but not limited to:
  • Function as part of the property management team, be trained in operations and emergency procedures.
  • Comply at all times with clubhouse standards, procedures, and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operation of events
  • Approach and respond to all encounters with residents, guests, and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with Property Manager and Community residents
  • Ensure access for residents and guests only
  • Inform residents and their guests of rules and regulations as needed.
  • Examine the clubhouse and associated facilities for potential hazards; if found – report deficiencies or problems to the Property Manager
  • Assist in setting up and taking down equipment and decor for various community programs following written or verbal instruction
  • Attend regular staff meetings.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse.
  • Clean clubhouse and other areas after all events have finished.
  • Open and close clubhouse.
  • Report any shortage of supplies.
  • Performance of additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.
