About The Position

Clear Creek Tahoe is a private golf community offering a variety of amenities including a clubhouse, lake and ski house, guest cottages, pro-shop, and Summit Camp. The Clubhouse Cook is a seasonal position responsible for checking kitchen stock, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, plating and garnishing food, and maintaining a clean work area. The role involves cooking a variety of meals based on seasonal ingredients. The base hourly wage starts at $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Clear Creek Tahoe aims to provide an exceptional experience for its members and guests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years cooking in a professional kitchen.
  • Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
  • Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Check inventory for ingredients and supplies, noting when more need to be ordered.
  • Prepping ingredients before each meal service.
  • Preparing dishes following exact recipe instructions.
  • Plating and garnishing dishes before they are served.
  • Cleaning work areas once meal service is done.
