About The Position

The Clubhouse Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for all clubhouse members and guests. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the clubhouse, including monitoring facilities, assisting visitors, and coordinating with maintenance and event staff to deliver an exceptional experience. The attendant acts as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. By maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and supporting clubhouse activities, the attendant helps foster a positive community atmosphere. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to member satisfaction and the smooth functioning of clubhouse services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or facility management preferred.
  • Experience working in a clubhouse, recreational facility, or hospitality environment.
  • Certification in first aid or CPR.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards relevant to public facilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, providing information about clubhouse amenities and services.
  • Monitor clubhouse facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any facility issues or repairs promptly.
  • Manage scheduling and setup for clubhouse events and activities as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs to management.
  • Enforce clubhouse rules and policies to ensure a respectful and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Document and report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and managing reservations.
