About The Position

Supports the Club’s marketing initiatives through content creation, social media management, and promotional coordination with a primary focus on Food & Beverage, Private Events, and Club activities. Responsible for maintaining a consistent and engaging social media presence across all platforms that supports brand awareness, event promotion, community engagement, and revenue growth across club operations.

  • Attending Club events, tournaments, entertainment nights, and promotions
  • Gathering content, promoting upcoming events, and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Developing strategies to increase Food & Beverage participation, private event inquiries, tournament visibility, and guest engagement
  • Supporting, communicating, and adhering to the company’s mission, brand, and core values

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the Club’s social media presence across all designated platforms through consistent posting, engagement, and content scheduling.
  • Creates and captures photo and video content highlighting Food & Beverage offerings, Club events, private events, golf tournaments, promotions, entertainment, and other Club activities.
  • Works closely with Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, and Private Events departments to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support Club programming, event attendance, and revenue goals.
  • Assists with the creation and distribution of Club marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics, flyers, promotional signage, digital displays, e-blasts, event announcements, and website updates.
  • Maintains a consistent brand voice and visual presentation across all Club communication and marketing channels.
  • Monitors social media engagement, trends, followers, and audience interaction to support continued growth and increased visibility for the Club.
  • Attends Club events, tournaments, entertainment nights, and promotions as needed to create live and post-event marketing content and ensure accurate representation of Club activities.
  • Collaborates with department managers to gather content, promote upcoming events, and support ongoing marketing campaigns and Club initiatives.
  • Supports the development of strategies to increase Food & Beverage participation, private event inquiries, tournament visibility, and overall guest engagement.
  • Responsible for supporting, communicating, and adhering to the company’s mission, brand, and core values.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
