About The Position

The Club Manager directs management teams in all facility operations, ensuring asset protection, inventory control, member service, and associate safety. They ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and communicate company direction. This role drives membership and sales growth by visiting businesses, building member relationships, motivating the sales team, and educating associates on the value of membership and merchandise quality. The manager increases the quality of the member experience by ensuring appropriate service levels and effective merchandise presentation, including pricing, signing, and inventory management. They drive financial performance by achieving budgeted sales, membership, wages, and expenses, leading the management team in expense control, and creating/implementing plans to improve financial performance. This role also oversees budget creation and analyzes economic trends for forecasting. The manager ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing human resource compliance, asset protection, and safety controls, and overseeing reviews and action plans. They provide direction on executing company programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring confidentiality of information. The manager initiates and participates in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to be good community members and establishing relationships with key individuals or groups as a company representative. They present the company's perspective externally, following media guidelines, and champion company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts. The manager provides direction to management and associates on member service approaches, resolves member complaints, and assists members with purchases and information. They oversee the supervision and development of management and associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. The manager recruits qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. They uphold the company's Open Door Policy by meeting with associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies, and providing resolutions. They proactively seek associate comments and concerns. The manager oversees and enforces food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and food merchandise quality by evaluating temperature, storage, sanitation, date coding, product rotation, labels, and recalls. They ensure fresh areas forecast production, on-hand supplies, and current stock align with company expectations and facility budgets.

  • Recruits qualified Associates to meet staffing needs and achieve Company growth potential.
