This position will serve as a Youth Development Educator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County. Under the leadership and oversight of the Youth and Family Program Manager, the educator will implement youth development programming at schools, community organizations, camps, and other community-based settings. The role involves delivering and coordinating educational programs such as 4-H afterschool programming, financial education (Mad City Money), Student Government, 4-H Camp Wabasso educational programming, family engagement, community outreach, and other grant-funded initiatives. The position also provides program support to Community Schools, assisting with educational programming, material coordination, and reporting. The educator will collaborate with various stakeholders to foster positive youth development, leadership, workforce readiness, financial literacy, STEM, healthy living, and life skills.
