About The Position

The CRVA works to deliver experiences that uniquely enrich the lives of our visitors and residents. Through leadership in destination development, marketing and venue management expertise, the CRVA leads efforts to maximize the region’s economic potential through visitor spending, creating jobs and opportunities for the community. Brands supported by the CRVA include the Charlotte Convention Center, Spectrum Center, Bojangles Entertainment Complex, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Charlotte Film Commission, Visit Charlotte and Visitor Info Centers. The Club Host is responsible for ensuring that club guests are welcomed and seated in a timely manner at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one-year related experience and training.
Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
Ensure guests are seated comfortably and in order.
Distribution of guests across club to ensure equal workloads.
Maintain waiting list when necessary.
Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures.
Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Monitor guest arrival and departure.
Maintain positive client and customer relations.
Other duties as requested.
Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Champion CRVA’s mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.
Works as a team player with club servers to provide a quality customer experience.
