Club Director
About The Position
A great teen program is more than a place to hang out. It's a place where young people feel heard, discover new interests, build confidence, and find adults who genuinely believe in them. Creating that kind of environment takes the right leader. We're looking for a Club Director who can bring energy, creativity, and strong leadership to our High School Program. Someone who knows how to connect with teens, inspire a team, and build a Club culture where young people feel welcome, respected, and excited to participate. You'll lead daily operations, coach and support staff, develop engaging programs, and build meaningful relationships with families and community partners. Whether teens are interested in sports, gaming, music, art, or something entirely unexpected, you'll help your team turn those interests into opportunities for connection, learning, and growth. This role calls for someone who can balance fun with accountability, lead with confidence, and adapt when things don't go as planned. You understand that teens need independence, encouragement, positive boundaries, and adults who follow through.
Requirements
- Experience in youth development, school-age, early learning, or a related setting
- Staff supervision experience
- Program operations experience
- At least 23 years old
- Meet or be able to meet Washington State DCYF Site Leader or Center Program Supervisor requirements
