About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert while handling account servicing and CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. The associate may also provide service in other store areas based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and provide customers with a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and stay informed about advertised sales.
• Work toward personal and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide CLUB Member service, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports accurately and on time.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service throughout the store as business needs require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
