About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Club Concierge to serve as a welcoming presence for our Members and guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional experiences, building relationships, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Club's commitment to outstanding hospitality. As the first point of contact for many Member interactions, the Club Concierge will assist with daily front desk operations, answer questions, coordinate requests, and provide administrative support while delivering a warm and personalized experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, hotel, private club, or customer service environments preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be available Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
  • Ability to move throughout the Club to assist Members and coordinate with departments
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva strongly preferred
  • Experience with member management or reservation systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome Members and guests in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist Members with reservations, inquiries, and general Club information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
  • Support Member events and Club activities through administrative coordination
  • Maintain accurate Member records and assist with database updates
  • Handle front desk transactions and basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless Member service
  • Create and update Club communications, digital signage, etc.
  • Assist with special projects and Member engagement initiatives
  • Ensure the reception and lobby areas remain organized, welcoming, and professional
