About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Clover POS / Payment Systems Support for our client in Long Beach CA 90802. This is a temporary contract assignment. The contractor will support Clover point-of-sale devices across 7 City departments. This is not just a general help-desk position—the person needs to be comfortable working with POS hardware, payment systems, applications, networking, and user access. A contractor is needed to support Clover point of sale devices used by 7 departments throughout the City.

Responsibilities

• Configuring Clover devices
• Decommissioning old Clover devices
• Managing user access
• Troubleshooting Clover devices when issues arise (e.g., error messages, network, battery)
• Escalation of Clover issues to Client
• Support of the Clover.com application
• Support of the Invoiss.com application
• Support of the Client payment gateways for payment card devices and software systems
