About The Position

CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect (Level 3) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in enterprise-grade cloud solutions, cloud computing models, and deployment strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud, with hands-on experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture, with a significant focus on cloud solutions.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Advanced Expertise in enterprise-grade cloud solutions
• Advanced Expertise in cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid)
• Advanced Expertise in cloud migration strategies and performance optimization
• Advanced Expertise in security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud
• Advanced Expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Proficient in tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect – Associate or Expert
• CompTIA Security+

Nice To Haves

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures and solutions.
