About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Telecom or IT
• Solid knowledge of Linux, IP networking, and security, ideally in RAN or cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with telco cloud platforms using virtualization, containerization, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with scripting tools such as Python, Bash, or Ansible for deployment, configuration, and testing automation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively
• Proactive, organized approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong customer focus with a track record of driving business-critical issues to resolution

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (preferred)
• Understanding of 3GPP-based mobile networks (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and contribute to the design of Cloud RAN solutions
• Support preparation and review of high-level and low-level designs, Methods of Procedure (MoPs), test plans, and test execution
• Lead Cloud RAN Solution Integration and validation within customer networks per project timelines
• Prepare and optimize Cloud RAN configurations to achieve strong network performance
• Perform fault isolation and troubleshooting, identify workarounds, and collaborate with R&D to drive issues to resolution
• Resolve business-critical technical issues and escalations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
• Manage early solution and product introductions and deliver demonstrations of strategic features
• Improve solution introduction efficiency by leveraging end-to-end automation and AI
