About The Position

Requirements

  • A bachelor's (or preferred master's) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Typically up to 5 years of relevant experience (including internships, coursework, or professional experience in RF optimization or RAN performance). Candidates with additional experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Foundational understanding of 4G/5G technologies, with eagerness to expand this knowledge.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn automation tools such as Python and Power BI.
  • Developing understanding of RF KPIs, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret site alarms and learn to determine corrective actions, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to the unique processes and requirements of each market.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as NIC, ODS, NDS, IC, and Field Engineering.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support project status updates and technical insights with Project Managers, Integration Managers, Sales teams, Area Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide timely and clear communication to internal teams and customers, ensuring concerns are addressed.

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of new carriers and sites for 4G, 5G, CBRS, and small cells across top-tier operators in Canada, as well as regional carriers in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Assist with C-band launches, including SSV drive testing and auditing activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and help troubleshoot RF issues for new carrier and site deployments.
  • Monitor KPIs and support resolution of RF issues associated with radio and baseband swaps.
  • Contribute to on-time, on-budget project delivery with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and grow through hands-on project work, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
