As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the infrastructure supporting the organization's applications and services. This role involves working with key technologies such as Kubernetes, DevSecOps practices, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, RedHat Linux, Helm, container management, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS IAM. You will be instrumental in ensuring the platform's reliability, scalability, and security, while also focusing on performance optimization and cost-efficiency. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with the specified tools and processes, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the platform infrastructure.

Requirements

8 to 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Kubernetes for container orchestration
DevSecOps practices for integrating security into the development process
Terraform for infrastructure as code
Ansible and Puppet for configuration management
RedHat Linux for operating system administration
Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
AWS IAM for identity and access management
Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree
Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, DevSecOps, or AWS
Experience working with large-scale cloud environments

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the organization's applications and services.
